For every organization we cross-reference what's on file in the state registry with what the organization claims about itself, and show the result of that comparison openly. The conclusion about trust is yours to draw.
Legal facts — registration code, founding date, director — taken from the official registry. This is the baseline, and we don't interpret it.
Areas of work, partnerships, projects — what the organization reports about itself, flagged as "not verified".
We compare the two and show matches and discrepancies as plain facts — no verdict, no hidden conclusions.
Separately, we record verifiable traces of concrete actions — news, donor reports, dated posts of the organization's own. An empty field means the search is still open, not proof of inactivity.
An automatic feed of work on the profile cards — not sector news.
Date, source, and link only — no comment from us.
You can add to or refine your organization's own profile card yourself — this isn't an application for a rating or a seal of trust, just a way to clarify something.
Verification takes one step: an email from an address on the organization's own domain — or a code you publish on your Facebook/Telegram page. Without a website or page — a certificate or minutes naming someone matching the director on file in the state registry.
Svit HO is an independent research initiative with no institutional affiliation. The project deliberately makes no claim to the role of certifier or "seal of trust" — it only cross-references official and self-reported data and shows the result openly, together with the source of every fact.
The project is currently run by one person, with no staff — this is an early stage. Personal contact details are not disclosed publicly; a separate role-based project email address (not a personal one) will be used for inquiries and will appear here at public launch.
Funding: the project is currently entirely self-funded by its author, with no outside support. Moving to outside funding (a grant or partnership) is a desired next step; if that happens, it will be announced here separately.
To report an error or inaccuracy in a specific card, use the "Report an inaccuracy" button on the organization's page; for other questions, use the contact address above.
